View a properties until you are absolutely sure you have found the property for you.
Make an offer on the property through the estate agent
You are informed by estate agent your offer has been accepted.
The property is then taken off the market.
Get and written offer of approval from your mortgage lender
Appoint your self a solicitor or a conveyancer and arrange a survey and set date for it to take place
Agee with seller an exchange date
Arrange funds for deposit and fees
Take out insurance cover from the exchange date.
Exchange contracts and set a completion date
Pick up the keys to your new home and move in.
